ELK Learning Academy strives to provide a meaningful educational experience at a fair and accessible rate for families. Tuition supports instructional class time, lesson preparation, curriculum organization, educational planning, communication, and ongoing student support throughout the school year.

Families are encouraged to use their Attendance & Tuition Sheet to track instructional days, holidays, tuition amounts, payment timing, and attendance information. Because scheduling and instruction are thoughtfully planned in advance, this document serves as an important reference throughout the school year.

Monthly payment scheduling is available for family convenience. Cash is preferred whenever possible. Electronic payment arrangements may also be available for families who need them.

Because lesson planning and group instruction are prepared in advance, a minimum of 24 hours notice is requested for absences whenever possible. Advance notice allows ELK to adjust instructional plans and provide the strongest learning experience for all students.

Families receive the instructional calendar and Attendance & Tuition Sheet in advance to support planning throughout the school year. Tuition reflects a student's reserved instructional schedule. Absences, vacations, sporting events, or other family activities occurring during scheduled instructional days do not remove tuition responsibility. Scheduled assignments and due dates also remain in effect unless alternative arrangements have been discussed in advance.
