Parent Commitment
Shared Expectations • Shared Responsibility • Shared Success

At ELK Learning Academy, I believe education works best when clear expectations, meaningful learning, and family partnership come together. My goal is to provide a structured, supportive learning environment while respecting the unique flexibility that homeschooling offers.

Families can expect carefully planned instruction, thoughtfully organized curriculum, open communication, and a program designed around readiness, growth, and understanding rather than simply age or grade level. ELK values meaningful learning experiences, creativity, community, and the understanding that education does not only happen within classroom walls.

In return, I ask families to approach ELK as a partnership. Consistency, communication, attendance, and completion of scheduled work are important to a student’s success. Because the school year is intentionally planned in advance, staying on pace helps students receive the full benefit of the program. I understand that life happens, and I strive to work with families when challenges arise, but education must remain a priority.

This page reflects the shared expectations that help our learning community function smoothly, support student growth, and create a successful homeschool experience for everyone involved.

A homeschool built on communication, consistency, and meaningful learning.
